I founded Winslow on the belief that executive search and genuine care for people should go hand in hand. Leadership appointments are consequential—for the businesses making them and the people considering them—and I believe that responsibility extends to how every person experiences the process. I approach all relationships with care, candour and respect, regardless of whether our paths cross for one conversation or many. The best search delivers an exceptional appointment without compromising the experience of the people involved.

More than a decade into my career, I still feel incredibly fortunate for the people this work has brought into my life and the part I have been able to play in theirs. Helping a client make an appointment that changes their business, or seeing the lasting impact of the right career move, remains deeply rewarding.
I want clients to feel that I make a complex process easier, that they can rely on me for thoughtful, candid advice and that I will always act in their best interests. That approach has led to partnerships that have continued across multiple searches and over many years.
The candidate side of the work carries a different kind of responsibility. I understand how much can rest on a career decision at this level, and my advice is always guided by what I genuinely believe is right for the individual. I never take lightly the trust someone places in me at such an important moment.
Outside of work, family is at the centre of my life. I also have a longstanding love of interior design, particularly the collected, character-filled work of Mario Buatta, Bunny Williams and Miles Redd.
